Flowers for a CHILD

Original Painting
Medium: Acrylic & India Ink on Found Wood
Dimensions: 16.25" x 18"
Date: 2007

Community gardening in my free time... attempting to pick a flower or two... and painting in all of my other free time. Children have a free spirit, and I'm a child at heart [most of the time]. Cut a flower or two for yourself and give a bouquet to a friend... who is a child [at heart].

This particular painting uses India Ink, Acrylic Paint, and wood that I retrieved from our dumpster, which is so conveniently located just outside our kitchen window. It's been treated and is ready to hang.
Currently, it is showing in Boston at Espresso Royale on Newbury Street.
