This sketch was created during the previous tax season. I used the remainder of my 1040V to create this sketch. This guy is just about to rip off the government. He's the ultimate fraud, and the government has not caught him the past several years. He continues to get thousands of dollars back each year while the rest of us suckers pay more than we ever earned.
