This painting was inspired by all of the models' hands that are viewed in magazines. My friend, Mica Fanning, who purchased this painting actually has hands that seem very similar. Her fingers are elongated and slender, the opposite of mine. Therefore, I feel that this painting now has the appropriate home.

Currently, I am working on a continuation of this project. I intend to have several paintings using the same medium, technique, and subject matter. So, continue watching as I post more work sometime soon.
