Whenever I get sick, my mom asks if I'm taking my echinacea or zinc or vitamin c or something of that sort. Of course, I tell her "yes," because I don't want to hear her remind me on what methods I should use to get healthy [again]. I don't usually take many vitamins, but I thoroughly enjoy the nature of where they come from. Thus, take inspiration from my spin in my community garden plot that I have this year.
