This painting is a commissioned project, and it's really stretching my discipline and teaching me to stay more focused than usual. I usually paint three or four figurative paintings at a time, but this is very different subject matter. I'm thankful for this opportunity to stretch my painting discipline. All I have to do is add the trees and finish the window details. The photos were taken this weekend, and I worked some on this yesterday, too. I hope to have it completed by the end of this week and delivered to its rightful owner.
